Terms of Service
Effective date: July 7, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website located at nextgenlam.com (the “Site”) and any purchases made through the Site. They constitute a binding agreement between you and NextGen Lamination Solutions (“NextGen,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. Eligibility
The Site is intended for use by businesses and individuals who are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into binding contracts. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements. Purchases are intended for business or professional use; the Site is not a consumer marketplace.
2. Account Registration
To access pricing, place orders, or use the customer portal, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
3. Products and Pricing
All product descriptions, specifications, and pricing on the Site are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or pricing are error-free. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel orders placed at the incorrect price and will notify you promptly.
Prices displayed are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales tax will be added at checkout based on your shipping destination and our tax nexus obligations. Tax-exempt organizations may apply for tax-exempt status through the customer portal; exemption is subject to verification.
4. Orders and Payment
Order acceptance
Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. An order is accepted when we send an order confirmation email. We may cancel an accepted order if the product becomes unavailable or if we identify a pricing or description error.
Payment methods
We accept payment by credit card, wire transfer, and check. Wire transfer and check orders are subject to payment verification before shipment. For invoice-based orders, payment is due by the date specified on the invoice. Late payments may be subject to a 1.5% monthly finance charge or the maximum rate permitted by law, whichever is less.
Net-30 terms
Net-30 payment terms are available to qualified business accounts at our sole discretion. Approval is not guaranteed and may be revoked at any time. Accounts with past-due balances may have their terms suspended.
5. Shipping and Delivery
We ship to addresses within the United States. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Title and risk of loss transfer to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or circumstances beyond our control. If your shipment arrives damaged, you must notify us within five (5) business days of delivery.
6. Returns and Cancellations
Equipment (laminators)
All laminator sales are final unless the unit arrives defective or damaged. Defective units must be reported within five (5) business days of delivery. Approved returns must be in original packaging with all accessories included. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect.
Film and consumables
Unopened film rolls and boxes may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, undamaged packaging. Opened consumables are not eligible for return.
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us at [email protected] or calling 1-959-333-9862. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process above.
7. Warranties
Revo laminators sold through NextGen are covered by the manufacturer's warranty as provided by FuseFX Corp. NextGen does not extend any additional warranty beyond what the manufacturer provides. Warranty claims must be submitted through NextGen; we will coordinate with the manufacturer on your behalf.
Film and consumables are sold as-is. We warrant that products are genuine and as described, but make no warranty regarding fitness for a particular purpose beyond the manufacturer's specifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, NEXTGEN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR PURCHASE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
